Level 1: Target person, siblings, fiance/husband and parents (1 generation backward). Level 2: Includes parents' siblings and grandparents (2 generations backward). Level 5: 5 generations backward. Each level includes all available records for those individuals. Higher levels include everything from lower levels plus additional generations.
We have a 90% success rate, but if we cannot find relevant records after thorough research, we only charge for the time spent searching, not the full package price.
Yes! We keep detailed research notes and can easily expand your family tree. You only pay the difference between levels, and returning clients receive a 20% discount on additional research.
